My device arrived broken, it will not charge!
I’ve tried reaching out multiple times to initiate the return process, but their return page is disabled.. I have reached out to customer support as well with no response or help!
This is a very expensive device and I expected to at least be able to get ahold of customer support.
To say that I am frustrated is an understatement!
I most likely will have to take this matter up with my bank to get anything resolved.

It’s been a month with no resolution, awful customer service. I’m sorry to write a negative review, as I never do, but all I asked for is what I paid for, no call back, just same message from ?
