It’s been a month with no resolution, awful customer service. I’m sorry to write a negative review, as I never do, but all I asked for is what I paid for, no call back, just same message from ?

I used the standard LED device a couple of years ago until it stopped working.. at that time, I felt that it worked good. So, I would be happy to give another review after a few weeks. I am 81 years old. I believe that “consistency” is the key!
